The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to my requests. However, both noise levels from nearby events and the high parking fees were disappointing.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance, with unique decor that adds character. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and accommodating during my stay.
The room could benefit from additional amenities to enhance comfort and convenience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 23spacious suitefriendly staffamazing viewhousekeeping issueslimited fridge spacebroken seal
Stayed in the Woodstock Suite for a couple of nights. The view from the balcony was incredible, really enjoyed sipping coffee overlooking the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement. Found dust on the vents in the bathroom and a broken safety seal on the complimentary lotion, which had a hair stuck to it. Not a great feeling when you're checking into a supposed luxury hotel. The fridge only held mini-bar items, leaving no room for my snacks. Internet was reliable, but it would have been nice to have a microwave. The location is perfect in the Gaslamp Quarter for easy access to restaurants and nightlife. Overall, while the suite was lovely and the staff generally friendly, they need to pay more attention to detail in housekeeping.

The energy here is fantastic, especially during events like the Padres game next door. The suite with a balcony overlooking Petco Park was a great touch, and the heated pool offered a relaxing spot to enjoy the sun. Despite the comfortable room and convenient dining options, the lack of designated parking and noise from neighboring guests were drawbacks that affected the experience.

Great location and responsive valet, but check-in issues were frustrating.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22proximity entertainmentedgy decorhigh parking
Proximity to nightlife and entertainment, just steps away from the bustling Gaslamp Quarter. Rooms equipped with rock 'n' roll-themed decor, giving it an edgy vibe that resonates with music lovers.
Disappointed with the pool access during a private party, leaving family guests without options on a cloudy day. The noise levels from the nightlife and parties were overwhelming, making it difficult to get a peaceful night's sleep, especially hearing revelers racing down the hall at late hours. In addition, the maintenance of the facilities shows wear and tear, like chipped furniture and outdated bathroom vanities, which detracted from the overall experience. With parking fees hitting $49 a night, it felt a bit excessive for the area, especially when so much of the entertainment was within walking distance.

Awesome location and vibes!
Padres game. The style is super cool, and the bar by the pool was on point! Just a bummer that it got kinda loud at times from the delivery area right below our room. Still, great experience overall!

I enjoyed the chic and vibrant decor throughout the hotel, which really captured the rock and roll spirit. The hotel was very accessible with wide hallways and elevators, making it easy for me to get around comfortably.
Improved noise insulation in rooms would be beneficial.

My stay at Hard Rock Hotel was very pleasant. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, providing easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel was stylish and located near the
best restaurants in the Gaslamp Quarter. However, the valet parking was quite expensive. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the King Suite, though it felt a bit cramped when fully occupied.
